- Since 2021, comprehensive digital transformation has been implemented, establishing core systems and data platforms covering R&D, production, supply, sales, and service, achieving end-to-end full-process closed-loop, greatly improving production and operational efficiency.

- In 1995, Guilin Auto Parts General Factory (predecessor of Fuda Co., Ltd.) was established by Zhonggong Electromechanical Development Corporation under the Ministry of Machinery Industry. Starting from scratch, producing diaphragm spring clutches and engine crankshafts.
- In 2000, Guilin Auto Parts General Factory was restructured into Guilin Fuda Auto Parts Co., Ltd. Fuda became a core clutch manufacturer in China.
