On the morning of 9th December,
the awarding ceremony of Guilin Skills Master Studio, 2020 Senior Technician
and Technician Certification Ceremony of Fuda was successfully held. The
meeting was led by Lu Youlian, deputy director of the Vocational Skills
Appraisal Center of Autonomous Region, Zhu Guiping, deputy
director of Guilin Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and Xu Yong,
director of Guilin Vocational Skills Appraisal Center, and representatives
of 13 enterprises of Guilin attended the ceremony. Huang Guixia, Deputy General
Manager and Yu Chengzhou, Chief Executive Officer of Fuda, attended the
relevant ceremony together. During the visit to the workshops of skills
master Pu Ying and Zhai Lingdang, Lu Youlian and Zhu Guiping and the others
congratulated the two masters for their achievements in skills research,
transfer of skills, and team building. Yu Chengzhou, briefly
introduced the basic situation of the construction of the two skill master
studios of Pu Ying and Zhai Ling and some of the results achieved by Fuda Co.,
Ltd. since it obtained the pilot unit of vocational skill level certification. For
example, a total of 15 vocational skill level appraisals were carried out in
2020, and excellent talents such as 5 senior technicians, 20 technicians, 68
senior workers and 428 intermediate workers were cultivated.
Zhu Guiping, Deputy Director, highly
praised Fuda's employees for actively promoting the spirit of craftsmanship and
planting craftsman culture, and encouraged them to continue to perform
